Kawat4d Terms and Conditions – Complete Guide for All Platform Users

1 Acceptance of Terms

These kawat4d Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of using the kawat4d platform, including the website, mobile app, games, deposit and withdrawal services, bonus programmes, and all related communications. This document is to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy kawat4d, all of which together form the entire agreement between you and kawat4d.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the kawat4d platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendment or update to the terms will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use kawat4d services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not blacklisted by any regulatory body or financial institution.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or as an agent for a third party.
• Registering for personal entertainment purposes only, not for commercial or business use.
• Not having had a kawat4d account previously terminated due to a breach of terms.

3 Registration & KYC Verification

When registering a kawat4d account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, active mobile number, and a valid email address. kawat4d uses an automated KYC (Know Your Customer) system that processes identity verification in under 24 hours on business days.

Documents Required for KYC

• A clear copy of a valid Malaysian MyKad or passport.
• A selfie holding your identification document (required for new accounts).
• Bank statement or proof of address not older than 3 months for address verification.
• Proof of funds source if total deposits exceed the stipulated limit.

Kawat4d will store all KYC documents securely using high-level encryption. This information will not be shared with third parties unless required by Malaysian law or the directive of a relevant regulatory body. Each kawat4d account is unique to a single individual – sharing an account or granting access to another party is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Kawat4d accepts deposits via a variety of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit is RM10 unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms. kawat4d does not charge any processing fees on user deposits.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as the kawat4d account. This is an important security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
• Instant withdrawals (DuitNow) are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• The first withdrawal requires full KYC verification before it can be processed.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 may require additional source-of-funds documentation.

4.3 Inactive Funds

Accounts showing no login activity or transactions for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. kawat4d reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of RM5 on the balance of such inactive accounts after a written notice has been sent to the user. Users may reactivate their account at any time simply by logging into the platform.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Kawat4d offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type and will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new user.
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically once their validity period ends.
• Kawat4d reserves the right to withdraw any bonus suspected of being obtained through abuse or misuse.

6 Game Rules

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.

• Report any suspicious activity to kawat4d support within 24 hours.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

Kawat4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so. This action may be taken without prior notice in circumstances deemed urgent by kawat4d.

Reasons that may result in account suspension or termination:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Intentional abuse of the bonus system or deliberate exploitation of platform vulnerabilities.
• Collusion with other players or with kawat4d staff.
• Threats, harassment, or abusive conduct toward kawat4d staff.
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.

If your account has been suspended and you believe it was done in error, you may submit an appeal via kawat4d's support email within 30 days of the suspension date. kawat4d will review each appeal fairly and provide a response within 14 business days.

11 Limitation of Liability

The kawat4d platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While kawat4d makes every effort to keep the platform running smoothly, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from computer viruses. kawat4d is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform.

Kawat4d's total liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 12 months preceding the claim. kawat4d is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be resolved through private negotiation between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to arbitration under the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA). Users hereby waive their right to participate in any class action lawsuit against kawat4d.
